Elyse Haren is a one-woman army and the music behind the Aftermath. Their self-titled debut album was recorded on a shoe-string budget, sheer passion and determination. Mixed by Mark Needham (The Killers, Fleetwood Mac, Green Day), and mastered by Grundman Mastering (Michael Jackson, Prince, Lady Gaga), The Aftermath is now finely-tuned and available on iTunes. Nine months in, they were sharing the stage with Berlin, including a sold out New Year’s Eve show with them at the Coach House. With four million visits on MySpace, thousands of fans on Facebook and Twitter, multiple song placements (including MTV and Lifetime), Elyse and the Aftermath are building a loyal fan base. They’ve toured over 2000 miles and played the acclaimed SXSW Music Festival (’09 & ‘10) - all before having a manager or booking agent. Elyse is a real woman with curves. Edgy and stylized, she is a role model for young women regarding healthier body images.
